How do i know which one is which for hardener.
Strengtheners don’t make sense to me because the nail isn’t living tissue like skin. I did’t think you could change them because they’re basically dead, like hair. The only way to get stronger nails or hair or when they’re damaged and weak is to eat better or take vitamins or oils or whatever and grow them out. I understand hardeners because they’re coating the nails to protect them from further damage until they grow out like a keratin treatment for hair.
Which products combine a strengthener and a hardener? I’m using Nail Envy right now after years of acrylics and gel polish. My nails are very bendy, peel very easily and crack at the top. What’s the best solution to make them healthier but also harder?
